Amongst the many hours I have spent at the bedside with patients and families in oncology and intensive care units, I have noticed a few common trends; prevention is the best medicine, chronic illnesses can be improved and eliminated, root cause analysis are essential, and shared decision making renders favorable outcomes. With a personal desire to age well, and the objective to promote my family's health, I've researched and refined simple health routines that ensure health and longevity.
