About Me
My journey as a health educator began over a decade ago following a diagnosis of hydronephrosis which required kidney surgery at age fourteen. After experiencing years of physical pain and mental health challenges, I went to college with a sincere desire to not only heal myself on a deeper level but to also help others who face similar health challenges. I became passionate about offering an approach to health that nurtures all aspects of our being; emotional, mental, physical and spiritual.
AyurVeda and yoga have taught me so much about myself and how to heal on all levels, so I joyfully offer this knowledge to inspire you to heal and know yourself more deeply as well. I offer a unique approach in leading heart-centered hatha yoga classes and compassionately led wellness consultations that inspire self-discovery and self-realization. My goal is to encourage you to live more empowered, wholesome and energized so you can participate fully in your life whether you need emotional or mental health support, diet and lifestyle guidance, or support in nurturing your physical or spiritual wellbeing.
My Approach to Services:
Each yoga session or wellness consultation is uniquely tailored to meet your specific needs. I approach every class or coaching session with an open heart and my full presence to listen to your needs and offer guidance that aims to bring balance and harmony to your body, mind, and spirit.
I believe that healing is a deeply personal process, and I work collaboratively with you to ensure that each session is accessible, comfortable, informative, and transformational so that you can achieve your health goals
My services include one-on-one yoga sessions and one-on-one health coaching calls as well as group yoga classes and Ayurvedic education workshops in-person or online. Whether you're new to AyurVeda and yoga or you have experienced its benefits before, I warmly welcome you to learn more about these ancient healing arts with me as we commit to enlivening your quality of life.
My offerings are a consciousness-based education approach aimed at offering knowledge, techniques and resources that support you long after our sessions together end. By helping you cultivate a greater sense awareness of your own true nature and your relationship with various aspects of your being, you can continue to thrive and navigate life with greater ease and balance.
