Mary Started her professional journey with a Bachelors degree of Science in Nursing, launching her career as a nurse in a large pediatric hospital. Over the years she gained invaluable experience in various pediatric settings, where she developed a deep passion for caring for children and supporting their families. Mary came to a pivotal crossroads in her career when she met a young patient facing a cancer diagnosis. This experience ignited a profound inspiration in Mary to explore the fields of natural medicine and holistic health. She embarked on a journey to understand the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, recognizing that true healing encompasses all aspects of our being. Mary is dedicated to integrating holistic practices empowering individuals to embrace their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual selves on their way back to their state of well being, wholeness.

Each essential oil is lightly massaged along energy lines and reflexology points including your back, shoulders, neck and feet for stimulating homeostasis and balancing the body.
